CoDEO Events

CoDEO offers:  events, workshops and masterclasses, as well as professional development for all types of dance educators. 

 

CoDEO serves: all dance teachers and educators; independent schools of dance; professional companies & preparation programs; early childhood programs, K-12 education (public/private); institutions of higher education; community resources (such as recreation centers)

 

Community Summit

This afternoon event includes:

  • student and professional  performances

  • a state-wide NHSDA induction ceremony

  • updates on dance education and the industry in Colorado & beyond 

  • the opportunity to socialize and network with dance peers & colleagues

  • light refreshments

Dance Education Conference

This two day event includes:

  • performances by professionals, colleges and students

  • an intensive choreography experience for students with professional choreographers

  • workshops for students and educators

  • networking and recruiting opportunities within the Colorado dance industry
